Apiscor presents Blackboard chalks, a new media to assist learning and teaching moments.
Blackboard chalk can be used in many surfaces, including mainly:
- blackboards
- paper
- floor/walls
The result varies greatly depending on the surface used.
On paper, for instance, due to its smooth surface, the chalk runs more easily.
You may want to use different coloured papers to give another outcome to your pieces. This can bring more "light" or "darkness" to the drawing.
Hair spray can be used as a fixative.
Blackboard chalks can be used for drawing or for writing. Apiscor offers a beautiful range of colours, which allow you also to try differnt techniques
Overlapping layer/ building up layers; blending the colours/ shading; or even using it wet to get it to fix better on the blackboard. Simply plunge the tip in water before applying
All thechniques can be used individually or together. One doesn't overpower the other.
